Human Resource Management Specialization
The San Diego State University Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resource Management provides students with a foundation for supporting organizational strategy. In 2008, SDSU began offering the specialization in human resource management that aligns with the guidelines set forth by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Students learn to make informed decisions that are both beneficial to company objectives and that comply with the legal guidelines. Graduates enter the business community with an understanding of the following disciplines:
