Professor, Finance
Paul Graf is a visiting faculty member who came to SDSU from GE
Capital Business Asset Funding Corporation in Seattle, where he
served as a Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Paul formerly
served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for MetLife
Capital Corporation, as a Group Attorney with Evans Products Company
in Illinois, and as a Partner with Burditt and Calkins in Chicago.
Paul teaches courses in The Legal Environment of Business and Negotiations
for the program. He has also taught at the University of Washington
and Seattle Pacific University, and has published a number of articles
for the Journal of Equipment Lease Financing. J.D., Northwestern
University School of Law.
