Mark H. Goldman, CMPS
Lecturer, Finance

Mark Goldman has 30 years of real estate finance experience. He is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). He has been a residential mortgage broker in San Diego since 1991 and a top producer with Windsor Capital Mortgage Corporation, the second largest mortgage broker in America, since 1995.

In additional to lending solutions, Mark teaches real estate investments and finance to undergraduate students at San Diego State University. He has written training materials and text books on real estate investment analysis and finance. Mark obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation for commercial real estate consultation in 1989. He has been quoted on mortgage matters in newspapers and been on the radio and TV to discuss mortgage topics. He presents seminars to real estate professionals on timely mortgage topics. Mark also has a passion for training young people in financial literacy.
