Victoria Krivogorsky, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Accountancy
Fluent in three different languages. Graduated with her Ph.D. in Economics from the Institute of Economics of Academy of Sciences of USSR in Kiev, Ukraine in 1991. Publications in Russian include one monograph and eight articles. Received her doctorate's degree in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. During her affiliation with American Academia she has published eight articles and has presented her ideas to over 13 different national and international conferences.
Victoria Krivogorsky is an Associate Professor of accounting in the the School of Accountancy. She is teaching Financial and International Accounting on the graduate and undergraduate levels. Her research interests include the issues of managerial behavior in highly uncertain environment, corporate governance and control, and the effects of governance mechanisms and information environments on accounting.
