Raymond V. Dittamore Mr. Dittamore serves on the Board of Directors of QUALCOMM Incorporated, Life Technologies Inc, and Gen-Probe Incorporated. His responsibilities on these boards include serving as Presiding Director, Chairman of the audit committee and member of the governance committee. He is a retired audit partner of Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm, where he culminated a 35 year career, including serving as managing partner of the San Diego and Brussels offices. He is a founder of BIOCOM in San Diego and has served on numerous civic boards including the Campanile Foundation and the College of Business at San Diego State University. He is a graduate of San Diego State University and has attended Advanced Management Programs at Harvard and Northwestern Universities.
