MARK F. STAUFFER
Mark Stauffer is senior vice president and chief financial officer for the Clinical Technologies and Services business segment of Cardinal Health. In this role, Mark is responsible for all financial matters relating to the $2.5 billion operations of this segment, which provides integrated technologies, information and services that improve clinical and operational performance in hospitals.

Mr. Stauffer joined Cardinal Health in January 2003 as senior vice president of Audit with overall responsibility for the company’s internal audit function and assessment of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404. Previously, Mark had a 23-year career at KPMG in Cincinnati and Chicago, where he most recently served as the partner in charge of Midwest Internal Audit Services.
Mr. Stauffer earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance from Miami University, Ohio, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
