Background

Russ is an audit partner in KPMG’s San Diego Information, Communications and Entertainment practice and Consumer Markets Practices.  Russ’s experience over the past 19 years has been principally with manufacturing, distribution and retail companies both publicly and privately held.  Russ has substantial experience in assisting companies with initial and follow on securities offerings and the related SEC registration statements.  Many of Russ’s clients have significant international operations and he is a National IFRS Reviewing Partner.
