Lee Duran

Assurance Services Partner – BDO Seidman, LLP

Lee has over 20 years of professional experience serving a variety of technology and service companies.  Lee’s extensive experience includes serving global and domestic companies including high technology, life sciences, venture capital and other firms. Lee is one of the founding partners of the San Diego office and partner in charge of audit.  His experience includes:

• Holding audit partner responsibility for a variety of global and US domestic public and private companies
• Partner responsibility on a number of cross-border acquisition, due diligence and forensic engagements in various industries
• Providing assistance with evaluation and improvement of internal controls and business processes in a number of environments
• Over eight years in Japan in audit and consulting leadership positions

Lee obtained his BS from San Diego State University and his Masters in International Management from the American Graduate School of International Management - Thunderbird.  He is a member of the AICPA, the Cal State CPA Society and the American Chamber of Commerce.
