John Faulkner is currently an assurance senior manager in the San Diego office. John has ten years of experience serving as an assurance professional with Ernst & Young LLP. John has served multi-national clients focusing on the manufacturing and technology industries. John’s clients have included K2 Inc., James Hardie, Cubic, Charlotte Russe Holdings, Inc., Signet Armorlite, Inc., Polaris, Inc., NextWave Wireless Inc., DivX, Inc.,

He assisted in such activities of these clients with public offerings of stock and debt, multiple acquisitions and equity restructurings. He also is serving a residency in the Professional Practice Group of the National office and co-leads the IFRS rollout efforts in the Pacific Southwest Area. John graduated from San Diego State University.
