John E. Nemeth Slated to Join SAN DIEGO (November 9, 2010) - The College of Business Administration at San Diego State University (SDSU) announced that John E. Nemeth will join the College’s board of advisors, effective November 15, 2010. Nemeth, who serves as the director of the Enterprise Project Management Office for Kinecta Federal Credit Union, graduated from SDSU with a degree in public health in 1996 and an M.B.A. in 1998. His mother, father and brother all attended SDSU and his grandfather taught in the university’s mathematics program for 28 years. Currently, two nieces are SDSU students. “John’s family’s history with the university, his entrepreneurial background, and his financial expertise make him exceptionally qualified to serve on the College’s board of advisors,” said Dr. Gail K. Naughton, dean of SDSU’s College of Business Administration. “His unique perspective will be a significant asset to the university, the College and the students we serve.” “My family’s long-standing dedication to SDSU - either as a student or faculty member - and my own commitment as an alumnus offers me a unique historical perspective with the university as it strives to meet and exceed its educational goals,” said Nemeth. “I appreciate the opportunity to work with my fellow advisors and the College’s faculty and administrators as we work toward its continued greatness in the local and national arena.”
