Lamden Plaque Dedication

Dr. Carol Lamden Corby and Dr. William Lamden stand next to the plaque dedicated to their father, Dr. Charles W. Lamden.
Dr. William Lamden and Dr. Carol Lamden Corby, along with their families, were on hand for the dedication of a plaque honoring their father, Charles W. Lamden. Lamden was the first dean and founder of the College of Business Administration and the man for whom the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy is named.
The dedication took place near the plaque which is mounted in front of the offices of the School on November 18, 2010. The Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy was named upon the donation of $10 million by the Lamden family in 2008. It is the first named academic division in SDSU history.
