Rowing was one of the original Modern Olympic sports. This is the web site for the International Rowing Federation,called FISA.

Indoor rowing is a real sport. It started as a way for outdoor rowers to train in the off-season, but now there is an annual World Indoor Rowing Championship, called the CRASH-B Sprints.

I now work for the Navy, helping prepare people who want to become SEALs. This is the official site for the Naval Special Warfare Center, with lots of training information I've put together.
