Welcome to Unity Week!

For those of you who do not know, Unity Week was established to connect not just black students at San Diego State University, but students from African-descent an opportunity to network and socialize while bonding with other students from around San Diego.

The mission of Unity Week is to implement a week
of events dedicated to uplifting the San Diego
Black/African-American and African collegiate organizations
through building a unified community by way of
service, recognition, empowerment and celebration.

Our vision as a committee during Unity Week is to
have all Black/African collegiate student
organizations in San Diego come together to host
events that will build an inclusive relationship
amongst the students, faculty, staff, and greater
Black community in San Diego. We wish to do this by
collaborating with businesses, schools, churches and
other venues in San Diego. We will not only empower
and educate, but appreciate and celebrate each other
as a unified community.
