BATS Information for Faculty

The ITS-BATS (Baseline Access, Training and Support) program provides SDSU faculty with valuable opportunities to be trained and supported in various computer software types and computer operating systems.

ITS-BATS workshops help faculty learn how to use powerful software programs and create documents and multimedia more easily and efficiently. ITS-BATS workshops are also designed to help faculty use software, while designing creative and effective methods for the delivery of instruction.

Workshops are presented on a variety of different topics: Attendees can learn how to use a computer, create and format documents and spreadsheets, create and maintain web sites, or even design interactive multimedia.
