It is hard for an organization to be ONE unless all three of the ideas are brought together as one.
You cannot provide wonderful service without Leaders and Friends. -Leaders are there to guide you; Friends are there to support and help. You cannot be a great Leader without being a Friend. -There is more to being a Leader than just leading; the people you work with must feel comfortable around you, therefore you must be their Friend. You cannot be a Friend unless you Serve and take a stand. -Friends will Serve their Friends; and when in need, they will Lead their Friends past the deep waters.
