Our trainees are highly motivated, skilled, and willing to work in a challenging environment. Our pool holds students and recent graduates with specific Business skills (such as tax, auditing, market research, competitive analysis, banking, business development and writing skills), IT skills (such as : Java, C++, HTML, Shell, Windows NT, UNIX, Linux, SQL, Oracle, Lotus and Flash) and Engineering skills (such as : production,  mechanical, electrical, industrial and chemical).  

SUPPORT : AIESEC provides a unique support network for our international trainee. From the time that they set foot in the US until they return to their home country, AIESEC's student volunteers and managers provide programs to expose them to the US culture. Our cultural programs are an excellent forum for trainees to promote their diversity and knowledge to US communities. 

Another advantage for companies is that AIESEC takes care of the airport pickup, assists in locating housing, transportation options and orients the trainee to the local area.
