What does Aiesec Do?

AIESEC is excited to offer you a quick and efficient way to bring short/medium term international trainees to the U.S.  This means you may bring an employee, intern, or recent graduate or a young professional to the US for a certain time during which a specific training plan will be completed.  AIESEC’s cultural orientation activities and reception services will ease the trainee into US life.  The trainee must then return to his or her country of origin to apply the training received in a practical setting.

AIESEC is the world's premier international youth organization dedicated to increasing cultural understanding and cooperation through running an international paid-internship program.  We help U.S. companies reach out to recent graduates and students with business, language, and I.T. skills from over 700 universities worldwide. We also help U.S. students find paid internships abroad in any of our 80+ member countries. We are currently based in over 40 locations in the U.S.

AIESEC sources the foreign trainee from our worldwide network of 700+ universities.  You provide a job description, we identify potential candidates, and you interview to make the final hiring decision.  We provide the work authorization paperwork and orientation services.

AIESEC consults customers in identifying HR needs within the company and facilitates the process of bringing international talent to work in the US. Customers define the desired profiles, language skills, academic backgrounds and from what area they would like their trainee. Within 2-12 weeks AIESEC will provide prescreened qualified employees and then arrange all necessary phone interviews between the company and the candidate.
