Procedure

Step 1 - Talk to AIESEC : Outline the job description and tailor a personal profile for the position you would like to fill. Our easy job description questionnaire is available under the download section to the left.

Step 2 - Use the AIESEC Network : In 2 - 12 weeks, AIESEC will provide you with prescreened candidates who meet your requirement. We'll arrange a telephone or overseas office interviews. The final hiring is yours.

Step 3 - Let AIESEC handle the details : When you are ready to hire AIESEC trainees or your own pre-identified candidates, we'll arrange the J1 Visa and options for housing transportation and health insurance. We'll also provide cultural orientation to develop your trainees cross-cultural skills. We maintain contact with you and your trainee through out the traineeship. 

What it Costs?

Our tax-deductible placement fees of $2000 to $ 2500 covers all of our services. Salaries are competitive based on the cost of living in each local area.

AIESEC United States, Inc. is authorized by the US Department of State to issue J-1 visas under the J Exchange Program. As such, we expect all our clients (companies, trainees, students) to abide by the spirit of the exchange program and the spirit of AIESEC.
