Early Spring Semester Trip Instead?!
[11.23.2009]We will be having a meeting this week, we need to confirm who will be here to participate in a winter break trip, we will talk about postponing it until early spring semester.

WINTER BREAK TRIP!
[11.4.2009]We are looking for ideas for a Winter break camping trip. We think the best time to do this will either be the second or third weekend of January. Send me ideas so we can plan it early. One possibility being worked on is camping near the Hoover dam, doing some kayaking, taking a tour of the dam, AND enjoying the geology!

Joshua Tree Update
[03.12.2009]Anyone who wants to go on the
AGS/Delvers spring break trip to Joshua Tree
needs to have their $15 in to Heather by Thursday the 26th. Anyone with
ideas
or who needs special accommodations for meals needs to let her know
about that
as well. We will be meeting at 10am Thursday the 2nd (meeting place
TBA) and
carpooling up from there.
We'll be meeting in the geology seminar
room each Thursday at noon so stop by with
any questions or e-mail an officer.

Spring Break Trip!
[03.06.2009]Scheduled for the thursday of Spring Break. We are planning on heading out to Joshua Tree that moring and coming back some time on saturday. Both members and non-members are welcome to come and camp with us. It's going to be $15 dollars per person including the camp fee and dinner saturday night. Feel free to contact officers with any questions.
