Clearinghouse for Chemical Information Instructional Materials (CCIIM) is a
project jointly sponsored by the chemistry divisions of the American Chemical
Society and the Special Libraries Association. The CCIIM is maintained at
Indiana University and includes items that have been developed by chemistry or
science librarians, chemists, and others for the purpose of instruction in the
use of chemical information sources. Although paper copies of most materials are
available for the cost of duplicating, many of the titles are also available as
ASCII files on this server.

The Dance of Chance is a collaboration of
the Center for Polymer Studies (CPS) and the Science and Mathematics Education
Center (SMEC) at Boston University with the Boston Museum of Science to create
an exhibit based on current research pursued by CPS scientists, their
collaborators, and modern scientists around the world. The focus of the exhibit
is the emergence of patterns in Nature from physical and biological processes
which on the microscopic level appear to be dominated by chance.
