ROHAN
ROHAN, the Academic Computing Server at San Diego State University is administered by Information and Digital Technologies staff in the Library. This server focuses on services that assist academic users with their computing classwork and research experience at SDSU. However, those services can crash due to the nature of classwork and research use. The Library staff strive to operate ROHAN:
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Exceptions:
- Holidays
- Scheduled periods of system testing and preventive maintenance. Standard maintenance is scheduled Mondays between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.
- Notification of down time:
- Downtimes will be listed on the Campus Network and Application Status page
- Users may subscribe to the rohaninfo@mailman mailing list for down time notifications
- Messages are displayed on the ROHAN Home page and ROHAN Webmail login page
