zmodem

zmodem is a file transfer protocol that is used with a plain text, dialup modem connection.

To send a file from your ROHAN account to your computer at home, at the ROHAN prompt type:

rohan%  sz  filename

To receive a file from your home computer, at the ROHAN prompt type:

rohan%  rz  filename
