Setting up a signature file for PINE

In order for PINE to append your signature file to the end of each message you send, you must edit the file .pinerc in your home directory. In the .pinerc file, you will see a section labeled Preferences. Insert the text

       signature-at-bottom

in that area of the file. Next time you send mail from PINE, the file .signature in your home directory will be appended to the message.
