Accounts on ROHAN come in many flavors:

• Student Accounts - Student ROHAN accounts can be obtained by logging in to the WebPortal and clicking on the button titled Get a ROHAN/Email account. An account will be added. The account information will be displayed on the screen, and will be emailed to the student's email address on file with the WebPortal.

• Class Accounts - Class accounts are requested by faculty and are good only for the semester issued. They have the form of aascnnnn, ie: masc0123. The account sponsor can issue a new password for a sponsored account and can access the files in a sponsored account. Class accounts expire on May 30 for the spring semester, December 30 for the fall semester, January 30 for winter session, and August 30 for summer session. #0510 ROHAN Computer Account Application form (pickup and return of forms is handled in LL-200).

• Faculty-Sponsored Accounts - Faculty-Sponsored Accounts are requested by faculty for students who are working on special projects. The account sponsor can issue a new password for a sponsored account and can access the files in a sponsored account. • Faculty/Staff Accounts - Faculty/Staff Accounts are requested by faculty and staff for their own Internet access or for special projects. #0510 ROHAN Computer Account Application form (pickup and return of forms is handled in LL-200).

• Dept/Coll Accounts - Dept/Coll Accounts are requested by departments and colleges producing and maintaining Home Pages for the World Wide Web. #0515 Department/College ROHAN Computer Account Application for World Wide Web access form (pickup and return of forms is handled in LL-200).
