in the software industry!
Ronald J. Norman is currently an Emeritus Professor of
Information and Decision Systems at San
Diego State University.
He has taught executive, graduate and undergraduate level courses in information
systems management, systems analysis and design (software engineering), information
as an organizational resource, database management, programming, and data communications.
He received a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems and Organizational Behavior
from the University of Arizona in
1987. He is also a Certified Computer Professional (CCP) and has
30+ years of industry Information Technology experience including software development,
consulting,
training, and management.
