2) What are some of the social changes that are resulting in modifications to the "Employment at Will" doctrine? Why did the doctrine have to change?
3) How are employees adversely affected when corporations are obsessed with maximizing profits? If a company is to be considered ethical, what rights should be granted to employees?
4) Affirmative action: employee right or discrimination? Is it necessary? Are there any alternatives available?
5) Do you believe whistleblowing is justifiable in corporations? If so, are there restrictions on when it is justifiable to engage in whistleblowing?
