1) It is clear that the first step to insuring ethical behavior within organizations is to have in place a well-crafted code of ethics. It is equally clear that having a code in place is not enough. Assuming you are an ethics consultant, beyond a code of ethics, what other tools, techniques, practices, and/or policies would you recommend to managers who are striving to create an ethical climate within their organizations?
