1) It is clear that the first step to insuring ethical behavior within organizations is to have in place a well-crafted code of ethics. It is equally clear that having a code in place is not enough. Assuming you are a consultant, beyond a code of ethics, what other specific organizational tools, techniques, practices, and/or policies would you recommend to managers striving to create an ethical climate within their organizations?

2) Kristof states in his article Let them sweat that “the problem in a country like Cambodia is not there are too many workers being exploited in sweat shops but that there are not enough people working at all.” Outline the Marxist perspective on exploitation, and then based on sound ethical reasoning provide an assessment of Kristof’s opinion.
