There are three options for this writing assignment. You can either:
1) Outline how the value of housework should be determined. Discuss your perspective in relation to a feminist analysis of housework. Use examples inside and outside of the U.S.or2) Describe the goals of the undocumented worker. Discuss these goals in relation to our readings on work and meaning, particularly in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic value.or3) Discuss the tension between a profession as an ideal and the way it is perceived. Analyze the term "profession." Focus on civic awareness, purpose and the social formation of meaning.
