There are two options for this writing assignment. You can either:
1) Write a paper which critically assesses job design attributes, and illustrates how these attributes might contribute to the creation of meaningful work,or2) Contrast the notions of efficiency and effectiveness as these concepts relate to meaningful work...and reconcile these two perspectives at the level of both concept and practice.
