His 'beyond compliance' philosophy is reflected in the development of work practices at both the corporate and plant level. His current assignment is the application of sustainable development to industry through an innovative agreement with Jim Blackburn and activist Diane Wilson.Mr. James B. Blackburn -- Blackburn & Carter As an environmental lawyer, Mr. Blackburn's law practice involves litigation and consultation on various environmental issues. He teaches environmental classes relating to economics, law, and sustainable development.
