There are two options for this writing assignment. You can either:

1) Take a position on the following statement: Workforce diversity is ethically and/or economically desirable, and therefore ought to be encouraged through workplace recruiting, hiring, and promotion policies. Write a paper which offers a reasoned defense of your position.

or

2) Write your own question. This question should provide a link between ethical/social theory and the practice of management. Provide an answer to this question. Your paper will be evaluated both on the requisite difficulty of the question you have posed, as well as your ability to effectively respond to the question.
