There are two options for this writing assignment. You can either:

1) Write a paper reconciling the view that corporations themselves are responsible for organizational malfeasance with the view that it is corporate managers who bear this responsibility,

or

2) Write a paper reconciling the view of Kyosei with the view that competitive markets can be relied upon to achieve the common good.
