Landlord	Interface that owners of leased resources must meet inorder to work with the jini.lease.Leases returned by LeaseDurationPolicy.leaseFor().

LeasedResource	Leased resources must meet this interface if they are to be used with LeaseDurationPolicy and/or LeaseManager
