INSTRUCTIONAL ASSISTANTS: Each summer the Upward Bound Programs hire Instructional Assistants to work directly with credentialed teachers in the summer program. RESIDENT ADVISORS: Each summer the Upward Bound Programs hire Resident Advisors to supervise and advise high school students during our six-week Summer Residential Program. Be a Tutor: Each semester the GEAR UP Tutoring Program recruits Literacy, Math, and Science Tutors to work with local middle school students. Three units of college credit are offered via enrollment in TE 362. The position also pays $10/hour for those who are work study eligible.
