Majors & Minors

The Department of Linguistics and Asian/Middle Eastern Languages offers a major and a minor in Linguistics, a major and a minor in Japanese, and a minor in Chinese, and a major and minor in Islamic and Arabic Studies.

All students are responsible for reading and knowing the information pertinent to their areas of study available in available in the General Catalog (or the Graduate Bulletin). It contains requirements for all academic majors, course descriptions, policies, and regulations governing progress at the University.
