• Fall Workshop 1: 1300-1600, Friday September 26, location: SS 1500.
• Fall Workshop 2: 1230-1530, Saturday October 4, location: SS 1500.

Students will learn about the CSET; Liberal Studies 498 assessment; what a typical week in a credential program is like; prerequisites for the SDSU general, bilingual, and special education credential programs; the certificate of clearance; the APLE financial aid program; and future educator organizations.

• Fall Section 1: 1500-1700, Fridays: September 5, October 3, October 31, location: SS 1500.
• Fall Section 2: 0830-1200, Saturdays: September 6, October 4, November 1, location: SS 1500.

• Section 2 - Tuesdays, 0800-1030, second half of semester: first day of class is October 21, NE-073.
• Section 3 - Tuesdays, 0800-1030, first half of semester: first day of class is September 2, NE-073.
• Section 4 - Thursdays, 1600-1840, second half of semester, first day of class is October 23, NE-073.
• Section 5 - Thursdays, 1600-1840: first half of semester, first day of class is September 4, NE-073.
• The school site for the second meeting for this class will be announced on the first day of class. Try to avoid missing the first day or you may not be able to find the class for the second meeting.

• The next Liberal Studies Orientation for continuing students who have not attended a Freshman or Transfer Student Liberal Studies Oreintation upon starting at SDSU, or those interested in changing majors, will be held on Friday, August 22, 2-4 pm at Hepner Hall, Room 222. No reservation is necessary. Iif you are unable to attend this time, you may place yourself on a future notification list by emailing dparham@mail.sdsu.edu
• Remember that attendance to an orientation is mandatory in order to see an adviser for the Liberal Studies Program.
