New in Fall 2000! To graduate in the major, International Business majors will be required to study or intern abroad for one semester.


Preparation for the Major: Complete I (Business), II (Language), and III (Regional/Cultural Studies): 37 - 51 units.


Major: Complete I (Business), II (Language), and III (Regional Studies): 53-59 units.

(The International Business major offers nine languages and seven regional/cultural areas of emphasis. With the following exceptions, students may combine any language with any regional/cultural emphasis. Students in the Chinese or Japanese language emphasis must also emphasize in Asia. Students in the Russian language emphasis must emphasize in Russia and Central Europe.)
