|
There are two categories of membership. Regular members include students who
are nominated in recognition of their academic achievement in French. They
must rank in the upper thirty-five percent of their class in general studies
as well as have a B average in French after completing a minimum of two
upper-division courses. Graduate students who are candidates for an advanced
degree in French are also eligible for regular membership. Honorary members
include the French faculty of the sponsoring institution, members of the
faculty-at-large, and community leaders who have manifested interest in
French culture. |

Eligible students are invited to join the society in the Fall and the Spring semesters. | ||
