Curriculum

M.S. OF SCIENCE in NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES (30 units)

Students are trained for diverse professional careers in the fields of dietetics, food service management, and food industries.

DUAL M.S. in  EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY and NUTRITIONAL SCIENCES (48 units)

The interrelated roles of exercise and nutrition in health, aging, and disease prevention and rehabilitation are studied by providing in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical experiences.
