Transfering Credit from Other Institutions: We can accept up to six units of upper-division or graduate-level
coursework in an area relevant to the Certificate Program
(pertaining to your specific area of emphasis, such as High Tech,
Biotech, or Generalist). All transfer credits must be from accredited
institutions.
Transfering Credit from SDSU:
Matriculated SDSU students who complete courses in this certificate program with a grade of B or better can apply those units to the Master of Arts degree in rhetoric and writing studies with a specialization in technical and professional writing.
Transfering Credity from Open University:
Nonmatriculated students who enroll through the Open University program can apply nine units to the master degree.
