The library at SDSU has an excellent collection of print journals
relevant to rhetoric and writing studies. It also has a constantly
growing collection of full-text electronic journals. This collection
is available from the library's periodicals
locator page:
The following is a list of print and electronic journals that are
of particular relevance to rhetoric/writing studies, and related
fields. (Note: you will only be able to access some of these
journals if you are at SDSU, or are dialing in using an SDSU
account). The list draws from journals provided by the library,
as well as from a few other sources. The list of journals below
attempts to tailor itself to the specific research and pedagogic
interests of the RWS community. If you know of any other journals
that should be included, or if you would like to suggest some
other categories that could be included, please email cwerry@mail.sdsu.edu.
Note: for a list of the newest e-journal announcements, along
with an index of over 10,000 online journals, you should take a
look at the NEWJOUR website.
