|
Roles of the Officers:
|
- President: accepts full responsibility of the organization including all issues during meetings, calls and executes all meetings, and represents the organization to the university and the community.
- Vice-President: assists all duties as required by the president, fills in the presidency role when the President is absent during meeting and will assume the acting President role if for any reason the presidency position is vacated.
- Secretary: maintains and updates all records and files, records minutes of meetings, and informs club members of the next meeting date.
- Treasurer: maintains the safeguard of funds, updates financial records, and prepares financial reports to the club as required.
- Public Relations: inform the general public of various CSA activities and events, inform other officers of community developments, contact and interact with clubs at other schools and get involve with the Cambodian community.
- Arts and Advertisements: maintains and updates anything art and advertising related such as website updates, flyers creation, etc.
- Faculty/Staff Advisor: supports and guides CSA of their goals.
