and use them as a guide to create your own. The
examples should not be copied, but should help you
in creating your own Learning Activity Contract.
Submit
the contract when all the required signatures have
been obtained. The instructor will then evaluate
the acceptability of the proposed contract for three
units of credit. If the proposed contract is approved,
the instructor will sign it and return it to the
designated pickup box. If it is rejected, the reasons
for rejection will be annotated on the contract
and the student will be given the opportunity to
revise and resubmit the contract by the final due
date
