Visitor Parking

The cost to park is $1 per hour

West Side of Campus: Visitors may park in Parking Structure 5, located on 55th Street and Montezuma Road. Permit dispenser machines are on levels 1 and 2. The pay machine on the second floor, north side, accepts VISA and MasterCard payments

East Side of Campus: Visitors may park in Parking Structure 6, located off Montezuma Road and East Campus Drive. The permit dispenser machines are on levels 1, 2, and 3.

Permits are required at all times. A disabled placard, disabled plate, or a temporary H/C (handicapped) placard issued by the DMV are valid in visitor lots in lieu of a pay-machine permit. All other H/C spaces in lots, structures and on campus require the above DMV issue with a current SDSU permit to be displayed.

If visiting campus for the day, visit the Parking Information Booth at the Chemical Sciences Laboratory building. During non-business hours, direct inquiries to Public Safety Dispatch at 619-594-1991.
