Indications
- Following surgical repair of stable intra-articular orextra-articular joint fractures
- After surgery on the anterior cruciate ligament
- Following knee arthroplasty, menisectomy, manipulations and jointdebridement.
- Joint contractures
- Tendon lacerations
- Following osteochondral repair
Contraindications
- Cases where the device causes an unwanted translation ofopposing bones which can overstress healing tissues.
- In conjunction with anticoagulent therapy which can produce anintracompartment hematoma
Preparation of Athlete
- Take the athletes shoes off
- Make sure that the athlete is comfortable
- Tell the athlete what to expect and how to use the "interrupt" switch

- Measure the athlete
- Position the athlete
- Set the ROM
- Set the speed
- Treatment time
Treatment Termination
- Turn unit off
- Remove athlete from machine
- Clean hinges and unit cover
