Joe, who formerly worked for the Marriott Corporation's restaurant division for 13 years, tells us he
likes working with Alpha Phi, the events, and the hours. He must be telling the truth because he is known
to arrive early, leave late, and come in on the weekends. He cheers us on at sporting events, the Greek
Week Talent Show, and the like. And if ever a shoulder is needed to cry on, his is never too busy. He
proudly proclaims, "God gave me only sons, now I have 90 girls." It is true. And three years ago, we
hired a new chef and not only got the best one, but also a caring friend that never fails to make us
smile. We would never want anyone else to be "the man in our lives."
