Windows Thin Client Printing

Screen Capture Printing

The Thin Client is running SIMS/R on a remote computer, which may not have access to your local printer. A screen capture will allow you to print a SIMS/R screen.

ALT-Print Screen Key (usually Print Scrn)

Copies window image to the clipboard. You can paste into a Word Processor file.

Application Printing

If you select Print from the Action menu it will give you printing options from the Terminal Server computer. Currently, the SIMS/R Citrix server supports printer drivers up to the HP LaserJet 5Si. One of the HP printers might be similar to the printer you are trying to print to, inwhich case, you could install that printer driver onto your PC and use it as the default printer for the SIMS/R Client. If it is still not working, you will have to use Screen Capture printing.
