Direct Print
This is the easiest method. With a little experimentation you may find that it is best for you.
Click on File then
select Print Preview
click on the little page setup button near the upper left corner
Set your margins
I set mine as tight as my printer will let me.
You may have to experiment
You can select the landscape option.
Click OK to see how it looks.
Then go back to the page setup and continue.
click the PRINTER button
Every printer is different. Hopefully, you can use how I set mine as a guideline
click PROPERTIES
My "Properties" window has three tabs.
The first tab is called SETUP
Here I select DRAFT print quality. This is the lowest quality. But It will conserve ink
I don't change anything on the FEATURES tab
Finally on ADVANCED tab
I select PRINT IN GRAYSCALE (to eliminate color)
Optimize for Photocopy or Fax
I turn off automatic image enhancement
Your printer may not have these settings.
You should get the idea.
Make it all black and white and as coarse as possible.
Now click OK two or three times until you are back to the print preview
You will note that the colors still show on your screen even though you selected black and white printing
Now click PRINT.
You may want to print one or two pages to see how they look.
Your printer settings will not be lost
