• Direct Print
    This is the easiest method. With a little experimentation you may find that it is best for you.
    • Click on File then
    • select Print Preview

    • Set your margins
    • I set mine as tight as my printer will let me.
    • You may have to experiment
      • You can select the landscape option.
      • Click OK to see how it looks.
      • Then go back to the page setup and continue.
    • click the PRINTER button

    • Every printer is different. Hopefully, you can use how I set mine as a guideline
    • click PROPERTIES

    • My "Properties" window has three tabs.
    • The first tab is called SETUP
    • Here I select DRAFT print quality. This is the lowest quality. But It will conserve ink

    I don't change anything on the FEATURES tab

    • Finally on ADVANCED tab
    • I select PRINT IN GRAYSCALE (to eliminate color)
    • Optimize for Photocopy or Fax
    • I turn off automatic image enhancement
    • Your printer may not have these settings.
    • You should get the idea.
    • Make it all black and white and as coarse as possible.
    • Now click OK two or three times until you are back to the print preview
    • You will note that the colors still show on your screen even though you selected black and white printing
    • Now click PRINT.
    • You may want to print one or two pages to see how they look.
    • Your printer settings will not be lost
