As part of an ongoing effort to expand faculty
involvement in international research and education projects that
benefit students, the OIP supports international travel through
a competitive program. The cycle runs twice a year, applications deadlines and specific details will be posted
on this web site at the beginning of the Fall and Spring Semesters.
To date 605
faculty members have received funding to develop international study abroad opportunities for students.
The Associated Students Study Abroad Scholarship is now
available to SDSU students who have applied, or have been accepted, to participate in a study abroad program of any length. Students of all class levels and majors who have a minimum 2.5 GPA are eligible to apply for these awards. Each scholarship award will be a minimum of $500, and we anticipate that hundreds of awards will be made every year. Details are available here:
